But it just depends, you know, if I have having a conversation with the farmers, you know, for the farmers, the issue right now is the water, right? Because Mexico has refused to release some of the water to our farmers. We have a treaty with Mexico, it's called the 1944 Water Treaty. And they have refused to release. They're obligated to release water every year, but they haven't. And that's hurt our farmers tremendously. We lost, actually, our last sugar mill here in Santa rosa. (10:05–10:12)
