We're not going through this pandemic like we were a couple years ago. So we do need to go back to pre pandemic spending. And no, I don't believe in making cuts to the American people, but I believe that we need to stop sending money that we don't have abroad. I would love to help everyone, but our top priority needs to be the american people. Our top priority needs to be the people that put us in the position that we're in. (20:28–20:36)
