And it's a great example of what's possible with these ADUs, I'll tell you, lowering costs and building homes more quickly is what we've been about. We worked to eliminate brokers fees a while back for renters. We've cut permitting times down from one year to just a month. We're turning state land into housing. We're converting abandoned mill buildings and vacant office spaces into housing. And just this week we expanded our first time homebuyers program. (03:21–03:25)
