There's a patchwork of regulations across our great 351 cities and towns. And we made a difference. We said we were going to change that. So We passed the Affordable Homes Act a little over a year ago which makes these ADUs allowable. By right now, people across Massachusetts can build these ADUs. In the first six months of changing the law, we've seen seen over a thousand applications for ADUs. (05:06–05:14)
