Every dollar has to be justified. If there isn't a real customer benefit there, it should come off the bill. This would be the first time the Department of Public Utilities has done something like this. but I believe it's absolutely necessary. I'm also requesting the DPU to carefully scrutinize the proposed utility rate increases that are before them right now. These rate hikes are unaffordable, unaffordable for people. (03:02–03:08)
