What the federal administration is doing is they're playing games. They're playing games around paperwork, around regulatory guidance. It's constantly changing. And you see it, you know, across the board. And again, I think it's all an effort to kick people off of, in this case, health care so that they can hold on to more money to fund the things that they want to cut, which are tax cuts. So, you know, I'm proud of the team for the work that they've been doing across the board after the passage of OV3. But I'll let Ryan speak to that a little bit more. (25:06–25:18)
