But what happened is President Trump and Congressional Republicans refused to extend those premium subsidies. Those premium subsidies now expire the end of this calendar year. The credits are now gone. That means that 330,000 residents in Massachusetts will see their premiums skyrocket come January 1st by as much as $25,000 a year per person, per household.
