These are things that you have to do over multiple years of planning. And it's expensive. So a lot of these big projects that really prevent the catastrophic from happening, You have to create better partnership both with the North Central Texas Council of Governments. Some of this is federal grant money. We've gone through a process recently on some big stormwater projects to prevent some of these things from happening. (14:32–14:36)
