We're very proud of our diversity. How are you educating and making sure you're. You can't export poverty and the only way out of poverty is education and opportunity. And so We're doing a variety of things in partnership with our school districts and all our other educators all the way to higher education in Fort Worth through a mayor's council that's really effective. And those are things I candidly can't control. But I can use the mayor's boy pulpit, which has been really powerful, to get business to wake up and pay attention differently. (01:11–01:21)
