You gotta have a bunch of people that are really focused on smart growth, world class infrastructure, education that works for everybody, an economic development plan that's really robust. And what is the responsibility of the city is all those things. I'm optimistic right now, you know Eric, because you've got these CARES act dollars coming in. Whatever infrastructure package comes in from D.C. once Congress decides and we need to be shovel ready and put, put that money in the ground. Right?
