Frankly, I'd go a step further. I'd not only bar migrants from, from entry for abusing animals or deport them if they do. I'd be fine deporting Americans who abuse animals. The human beings that are impacted right now by abuse in Washington, D.C. are those who work at the Department of Homeland Security. Some have been furloughed now without pay during this government shutdown. Some have been forced to work without pay. The partial shutdown will have impacts.
