I just don't see how that, especially when there's such a constitutional basis for having the federal government resolve these immigration questions. It is in the Constitution that the federal government owes a duty to us to protect us from invasion. President Trump has observed this invasion harm the country, and now he wants to use local and state law enforcement as force multipliers, people who can assist in that effort. (05:17–05:24)
