But the problem is, is that everybody's already signed up. And so for you to get people to take the necessary steps to stop the mandatory union dues is cumbersome. In Florida, we passed a law called the Paycheck Protection act, and it means that you have to literally Go check the box. If you want a portion of your money to go to the union, you have to take some affirmative step. Just having the job doesn't create a right on behalf of some union to your money.
