Well, first and foremost, Alaska has taught me that bringing more people to the table benefits everyone. But let's also not pretend that Alaska has nothing to learn. A lack of resources in our education system means that many Alaskans who want to stay in state are forced to leave. Young teachers, new parents, and all those who benefit from a robust education at the K12 and post secondary levels are leaving the State. (11:15–11:23)
