At least with bonds, there's stability and security and they allow us for us to do the projects and the time that is needed to do the projects. Right. And so We've always done these giant infrastructure projects using bond money because of just some of the technical dynamics of these projects. And so, you know, I hear the philosophical argument of using general revenue. That is a conversation that maybe the state should be having, but that is a whole system overhaul about how we fund infrastructure projects. (12:29–12:38)
