Are we doubting the fact that she accelerated and hit an officer? Is that debatable? No, it's not debatable. Here's why I'm asking. Vehicle clearly hit the ICE agent, that she was clearly not listening to verbal commands to leave the vehicle. She was clearly obstructing ICE agents from doing their job.
