Not just in Minnesota, but what else should be looked at? Well, I think they're already looking at California. They're looking at a lot of these blue states where there was federal matching funds because This wasn't just Minnesota taxpayer dollars, this was everybody's taxpayer dollars because of the amount of taxpayer matching funds that went into it.
