If you look at any economist that is a world economist that looks at any country around the world, when you see those two matrix pass each other, there's a crisis and this, we're in that area right now. The only time this has happened is when we've come out of a war like World War II. right. We brought down our defense spending, but we had ran a tremendous amount of debt that only lasted for about 10 years. And even coming out of Korea, we didn't have that same swing. (1:07:11–1:07:16)
