States must be aware of the real threats for voter registration, the system breaches, and I do want to reemphasize the system breaches. Our machines are vulnerable. There are steps that can be made right now that can secure those. I would ask not just the public, but the media, that question should be asked of blue states, because we have red states participating with us. We have some red states that aren't. (11:32–11:40)
