This small group of senators and House members last week received a briefing from Secretary of State National Security Advisor Marco Rubio. It was about Venezuela. In that briefing there was promise of legal reasoning and other information to be shared. This is frankly the most sacred part of our intelligence oversight, that it is done in a bipartisan way.
