And I think, I guess the thing that I'm particularly worried about, I won't ramble on on this but just I think AI is going to have a lot of positive but boy, it's AI is going to disrupt the job market. And the people who are going to get hit first are frankly not some of the jobs that we thought about in the 90s where we lost a lot of jobs in south side Virginia, but it's going to be recent college graduates.
