We understand that there are health care dollars at stake because Congress is actively in the process of restricting our future funding and cutting funding to our state. And We are trying to beat Congress in that action by getting this budget to Governor Evers desk so that we can lock in at a higher level of health care funding than we would be locked in at otherwise.
