ALEC we were talking about is the American Legislative Exchange Council that works with conservative leaning state legislators across the country. But it's really a bill mill. Right. They produce, you get one state, as you just said, they have a bad idea and they find a way to get every state that they've got legislative members in to try to introduce it. And very well funded. They have a strong network to do this. When I was a state legislator for 14 years, I actually went to their conferences. (24:02–24:13)
