And The fact that you're talking to businesses and not hearing this, I'll tell you just bluntly, not as even a member of Congress, as a guy who's a small business, who ran a business to business venture, I heard it all the time and I still hear it all the time. And I sit down and meet with my small businesses and communities. So what can I say to them?
