You know, another thing that I remember as a small business owner is, and you mentioned your opening remarks, we're trying to hire people and because of the cost of healthcare and things like child care, sometimes we're at a disadvantage because Some of the big businesses can, they have that pooling resource of buying healthcare, but we don't have that always. And if you're starting a new business, as you mentioned, people often don't have that salary and might be on Medicaid to start, but we don't want to discourage someone from, from going on their own and being that next innovator, that next new business.
