All due to the US sanctions and blockades, not because of the Cuban government. Look, their governance system certainly isn't ours. We disagree with some of their actions for sure. Unfortunately, Secretary of State Marco Rubio is making this personal and political rather than about the best interest of the United States. And the State Department just published a ridiculous report about the threat to America from Cuba.
