I know of course in power never wants to limit themselves, but if we ever get the Democrats back in power, we need to strengthen the checks and balances. Just follow the Constitution. Right. Because it is Appropriations is under the purview of Congress. We're the closest elected. You can get rid of me every two years. You can hire me or fire me. Right.
