Some of it we've already started. At the center of this are a few basic principles. One is that the AI companies that create the large language models, those AI companies and the data center companies... are going to have to contribute money, resources to help with the job training and building the infrastructure. and also some form of enhanced unemployment insurance to help bridge the gap.
