They are a real threat in the Arctic, one against we need to protect. Which is why we have 264 five day air, sea and land presence. It's why We're adding to our submarine fleet, adding to our air fighter fleet, why we're building out over the horizon radar to protect from Russian missiles threats and others. And why we will work with our NATO partners. The threat is more prospective than actual at this stage in terms of actual activity in the Arctic, and we intend to keep it that way. (27:02–27:14)
