Very personal. It's affected my own life. And the Affordable Care act was passed in 2010. So we're 15 years down the road and the industry has changed drastically. Many companies dropped out of the market. We've seen doctors stop having their own practices become hospital employees. We now have to import doctors because we don't have enough.
