To me, that's judicial activism, because I see judges and justices who get to the end result in their mind and then find a way to get there. That's not the proper way to look at the law. And that's not what we do. We don't Legislate from the bench. We, we're not activists. We don't have agendas. We are supposed to be purely driven by what does it say and how do we interpret that.
