If you don't, if you have this flood we had in Kerrville and you don't have a communication system, the PBS system is the one that sends the alerts because they've gotten it through the airwaves. This administration and my Colleagues now want to pull the plug on this. Just look at yesterday's alerts alone on flash flooding in North Carolina, in central Texas, in Arizona, a statewide missing person alert in Kentucky, a tornado warning across Nebraska, South Dakota and Wisconsin, and double and dozens more.
