We're happy what The Supreme Court said [the tariffs were illegal] because we felt all along that this was a congressional authority, not something the executive branch could use, not this widely. And so it's important now that consumers get some relief that businesses, small businesses and manufacturers not pay more money for the development of product or services than they should have to pay.
