Washington, my state, is already seeing real world impacts from this, particularly at sea level rise. Puget Sound levels are projected to rise 1.6ft by 2050 and. And as much as 10ft by 2100. And the Statewide, we're expecting to see 1 to 3ft [sea level rise] by the end of the century. So that does have an impact. And the kind of changes that we're talking about can have impact specifically to infrastructure. Sea level rise will worsen coastal flooding, it will impact storm surge. (03:15–03:20)
