It has nothing to do with left or right. It has to do very simply with whether or not we have a leader there that we can work with. That U.S. Colombian relationship, especially our security relationship, but also our economic one with a free trade agreement, is a model. It was a model for the region. We tried to replicate that. Everybody would use Plan Colombia as an example of what you need to do in these other places, and we want to continue that now. (33:53–34:00)
