Something that I did not talk about is intelligence sharing. Sharing intelligence is limited because it cannot be used in operations that could lead to lethal actions. That is, they can capture people. But Now we can share information without limitations as to how the government of Ecuador can use it against these terrorist groups. They're terrorists. We can help them fight these terrorist groups. These are examples of opportunities that we have thanks to this designation. There is another group we're considering. (10:16–10:25)
