There is no reason that in school district all across Wisconsin people are voting to raise their own taxes, their own property taxes through referendum when there are billionaires that are getting away without paying their fair share. We have all the resources in this state and in this country that we need, but we have been allocating them wrong. And that stops the day I become governor. We're going to make sure that working class people, we're going to make sure that the middle class gets the tax relief that they deserve so that our small businesses can stay afloat. (00:40–00:47)
