There are too many people who live in communities like the one that I was born in. I was born and raised in the city of Milwaukee. That's in the heart of the 53206 zip code. The neighborhood I was born in that is the state's poorest. It is the nation's most incarcerated zip code. Wow. Very challenged part of the country. I'm a proud product of Milwaukee Public Schools. Our schools still aren't fully funded and I've unfortunately had to experience a lot of the worst that comes along with that. (11:06–11:12)
