Are there some things that are going to improve health outcomes? Sure. Are there some things that are going to help increase productivity? Sure. But we are a very productive nation. Productivity has never been higher in this country and at the same time, wages have not been more stagnant. And this is this paradox we find ourselves in. So to that point, we have to put those guardrails in place. And that's why I mentioned denying all tax breaks to companies that outsource jobs to artificial intelligence. (11:42–11:49)
