If he had a plan for Wisconsin, he would have enacted it as a member of Congress. He would have worked alongside the president, who is a member of his party, to make things better for Wisconsin. But People know over this last year, these last 11 months, things have not gotten better. They've gotten worse. And it is because people choose to play politics instead of getting to work for Wisconsin. Now, I will say I don't support whatever he's talking about. (10:08–10:14)
