So that's been great. Housing is something that we've. That we've worked on. We're a motto for the state in terms of our affordable housing building and also our new home construction. We're one of the few cities that have constructed over 60 houses in areas that were what we call economically depressed. And over on Thomas street in 14605, and now we're doing another 32 houses in the Bullshead neighborhood. So those things are happening great. Our youth development programs, which has been great.
