So what is of all the things, the economic development initiatives that you have, what was most favorite for you to work on as far as just being most pleasurable? I mean, they're all pleasurable. I think Main and Clinton was huge because that's something that was an eyesore that people talked about regularly. But I also got to give a shout out to what's now going to be called Taylor Square, which was the former Hickey Freeman that was getting ready to go out of business. (26:29–26:35)
