We've got a lot of development going on in southeast. The big shopping center coming on. Clovis and Tulare is going to be a big powerhouse for our economic development. We're going to get movie theaters, big box stores, restaurants, cafes, and really those amenities that we don't really have in southeast. And I think we're going to pull people from Sanger, from Reeley, from Parley or Selma and make southeast Fresno the hub for economic activity. We are the most distressed district right now.
