But instead, Americans are being assaulted, killed, children are being detained, and communities are being left less safe. The fact is, ICE is out of control because this administration wants them that way. We cannot support a Department of Homeland Security funding package that allows this behavior to continue without limits or accountability. While Republicans in Congress fight to maintain a dangerous status quo, we're demanding sensible reforms that will protect our communities.
