But The first impeachment, I think that one of the real problems, and I looked at this from the perspective of this, is a very serious and grave constitutional obligation that we have as members of the House to decide to vote to impeach. And because the Democrats who were in the majority on the committee didn't pursue testimony of some of the key people, I felt that they hadn't made the case.
