What's happened here, you know, what happened was we passed for the third time in a row, a clean DHS bill, which I might add to everybody, passed on a bipartisan nature out of committee. This week was different, though. We got four Democrats to come along with us, send it over to the Senate. The Senate seemed to be in a negotiation mood, but surprisingly, in the wee hours of the morning, we got this bill back, which is absolutely horrendous. (00:14–00:19)
