Because again we see that women are going to be disproportionately impacted. And so even with this administration coming in for Black women, Over 300,000 women were either fired or pushed out of the workforce in the first quarter of [the current administration's] time in office. And so again, thinking about how do we reinvent ourselves in this moment, how do we prepare ourselves, how do we protect ourselves in this moment Is a real big focus for me right now and it extends to every committee that I'm on.
