No. I think it's either going to take pressure to get Hamas to disarm from the region or Israel is going to have to go back in and wipe them out. The sooner we get an answer to those questions, the better. I don't see how you Develop Gaza in a real meaningful way if you still have elements of Hamas armed within the area.
