So I think if we sort of make some of that information available to nursing programs, that we can get more nurses into the profession for that primary shortage that we're seeing. We're not seeing so much a shortage in the graduate level with nurse practitioners because we actually are pretty much fulfilling that need at this point. But the real shortage is coming, you know, at the RN level and at the undergraduate level. So let's make sure we can provide pathways for them to get into the marketplace faster. (03:04–03:16)
