It is just, it's unbelievably sad. But now states are the ones, this is not happening from Washington. Right. States are the ones who are being innovative that they're bringing in these programs. The science of reading Miracle, Mississippi took 10 years for the program to get put in place for the teachers to be taught how to teach. But they went from being last to almost now middle of the pack for their readers. Louisiana did the same thing. They started in 2019, took them a while. (20:57–21:07)
